if u hav a voltmeter u can check or take it to an electrician. it cud be ur sensors as stated above or: 1. battery not holding full charge. cud hav a bad cell. 2. alternator not giving proper voltage to battery. check when engine is running that ur getting 14v or more across the battery terminals ev...

yea take that car by jenton's fast before the transmssion gives out and u hadda overhaul it for $7000. jus let them check it. Many mechanics is take their trannys by jentons for service and repair so u in good hands there.

thanks, if timing was off shudn't it show up in the compression test and if head gasket was blown etc id loose compression as well? cuz my compression test results came back good i may hav forgotten to mention it .

Apparently, the above did not solve the problem. It worked fine for an unusually longer period of time but it still slowly reverted to its same problem. Ive also changed the fuel pump filter which did not help. Im now at a complete loss. Im really appealing to anyone to please help me with this prob...

Wudn't a faulty coolant temp sensor would just cause me to jus run really rich ? .And I don't think is the handbrakes cuz as I said If I disconnect negative terminal for a while and plug back car runs real good for a couple days.

i had a fuel problem with my cedia a while back , apparently theres a filter in those high pressure pumps that apparently can get clogged and cause hesitation and i guess a lean trouble code and thus ignition timing retarded . i dunno wht problem ur having tho

compression test done . All cylinders at 180 - 190 psi. (analog tester user). Result good compression. valves may not be stuck. timing may not be off after all? when we pulled out the boot the metal contact in the boot came off and stuck to spark plug. so plug wires will be being changed next.

ok i shall try changing the seals , i honestly dont see how that cud possible work but we shall find out . next thing i will try cuz they do need changing cuz wen i pull the boot i see oil around the top . but if sum1 can explain y that wud b so . it wud be nice plz.

and car idles fine and does not stall when starting . may take half a second or more than it shud tho :s but i dont think its throttle body. throttle is cable and i clean it regularly.
