Re: Who can wire a automatic sliding gate motor?

What are the better brands of gate motors?

I see in T&T they sell, Tau, Atlas, Beninca etc.

But in the US, the brands are Aleko and US Automatic Sentry?

Can anyone give some feedback or opinions on the pros and cons, 9recommended) quality of the brands, etc. ?

Thanks

Charging problems

Dear All, First let me explain the problem. I have a Honda Civic EK4 1996 model (SiR) I always had electrical problems, with battery charging, but it would occur on and off for years. I swiped the alternators back and forth between a foreign used engine (same SiR type engine) and my original one, bu...

Re: EK3 Springs

Check the bamboo strip. I bought a pair about a year ago. Cost $400 for the pair. I bought the pair for the front, and put it in the back to stiffen the suspension. Remember because a car is lowered, that doesn't mean the suspension is stiffer....

Aren't "hanger rubbers" the rubbers securing the exhaust to the frame?

Then I don't REALLY NEED to change that, since it isn't critical for the suspension right?

Thanks Hook.

4X4/SUV/Off road suspensions better than cars?

This is a general question to those who are knowledgeable about it. Are the suspensions for those 4X4 vehicles, (Frontier, Navara, Vigo, etc.) SUVs and other off road vehicles better than those of cars? Do they have longer maintenance cycles? Are they more durable? I've noticed that some SUVs carry ...

Any Horsepower Loss Using 15W-50 Compared to 10W-30?

Question: Any Horsepower Loss Using 15W-50 Compared to 10W-30? If you race a low horsepower class (say 120HP to 140HP) is there a horsepower loss in the 15-50W over the 10-30W? I currently use the Mobil 1 10W-30 but in the summer the temperatures outside get up to 105° in the South. I wanted to use...

Can lowering springs for (Eibach or Tein) Honda EK4 take the extra weight in the back?

Weight of audio equipment = 160lbs.

Additional weight of 2 persons = 300lbs

Total hypothetical weight in rear = 460 lbs.
