i have no experience with the neutral thing, so hoping to learn something. would going to neutral cause the engine to swing to its max rpm? how long you letting the engine run at that rpm? would it allow you to use any gear while at that rpm? how much control would you have over the vehicle to maneu...

It have a couple tires shops on my end that regroove...men does real rush them thing that sheit should be illegal. the grooves are in the softer part of the tire and do not last. heading to a bycc (autocross) had two tires at wear indicator. and got them regrooved to save my race tires for competit...

throttles can certainly stick open. experienced that with the BH hatch. do you got to the start position on the tumbler as soon as the key is inserted?
on an older car, i normally wait till i hear the fuel pump stop after pressurizing the line, then start.

nope. they're starting wtih a chassis that was designed to handle a certain amount of forces
the powertrain is going to increase those forces
subframe alone didnt cut it for others.

what you are doing seems fine legally. (insurance may have an issue with it)
plenty DET's put in 1.3 carb'd cars. some with 4wd.
what you may learn the hard way, is the disadvantage of your starting point.

sanctifier had a boss thread.on this.
can't remember if on tuner or on zorce.
