This is what I have been using for sinus rinse, my ENT Doctor gave me this formula
250 Ml warm water
I teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
10 drops candid B mouth paint
10 drops baby shampoo
I use a plastic squirt bottle or a neti pot
