Re: Ketogenic Diet

I put myself in nutritional keto. I trained my body with a few 3 day fasts over several weeks. Then today i made 7 days. No food. Just salt and water. Essential minerals i added to my drinking water in precise amounts were magnesium citrate, potassium chloride, zinc gluconate and sodium chloride. A...

Re: Ketogenic Diet

You cannot possibly be comparing a bowl of sugar (rice, roti, bread, most legumes and sweet fruit are the same as a bowl of sugar to your body) to an equivalent calorie plate of green vegetables and meat and thinking that they are the same nutritionally, despite the same calorie value. You cannot be...

Re: Ketogenic Diet

Everyone's looking for magic bullets, if it isn't a pill, it's some diet. People it's basic physiology, you're consuming chains of carbon whether it's fats, protein or carbohydrates. When you expend it by breathing out CO2, it's leaving your body- regardless if it's exercise, thermogenesis or just s...

Idk why people are going bonkers over hand sanitizer. Alcohol based sanitizers are indeed more effective when it comes to killing bacteria. Virus surface mating lipid structures are impeded by plain old soap..

Trying to make the cocktail sauce that Oyster men make locally. So I used ketchup, soy sauce, lime, minced garlic, bandanya, salt, black pepper, vinegar, a little worcestershire sauce and scotch bonnet pepper - got it kinda right but like something still missing. I missed something or I put too man...

Pretty much everything i have read indicates that iinfinite baffle for a vehicle (maybe better classified as trunk baffle?) can be modeled as a large sealed enclosure This was basically the idea, which is why subs that won't work in a true ib application are found to perform well in a car. And so c...

It's half assed tbh, I never bothered to learn it note for note. So mixed with a bit of improvisation to say I can pull off a playable version lol.

Skimmers do not remove nitrates. You would need to look at a refugium or some sort of absorbent. The tried and true, is water exchange.

Yes, you'll get live lobster at pt radix very easily but you need to go wait for the boats to come in, and deal with the vendors who are going to be rushing them.

Re: How many tuners drink enough water daily?

Yes, you have to intake sufficient water to prevent dehydration, but you don't need to be chugging water all day which is the idea most people have. If you really need a guide, make sure your urine stays within the range of a nice pale yellow or if you're really meticulous- Monitor your urine output...

Re: How many tuners drink enough water daily?

Just drink when you're thirsty....on an office day. 2 gulps of water during working hours is usually fine for me, due to factors like temperature and obvious vasoconstriction/dilation as a result. It's not rocket science, your body will tell you what it needs.

In hebrew scripture, death presents itself early makes no excuses about the state of man and his affairs. Re: Coronavirus - Wuhan, China strain

This disease spreads from coughing via droplets, it's not truly airborne (the range is small). To get this virus you need to be coughed on, on your mouth. Another way is by putting your hands in your mouth after touching a surface or after residue lands on it. https://i.pinimg.com/originals/41/c7/9...

All of those subs are low Q, meaning you're going to have to pump more power, equalise the low end because of the fast roll off and keep in mind excursion issues because inherently those drivers are designed to be supported by an air spring which raises Q, rather than mechanical control via spiders ...

Re: Frequency response graph

The Fs of the id 12 is 20hz. I mean if you're going for sq, large and low tuned or sealed are your best options. Id's recommended sealed enclosure has a qtc that's a bit high for my liking at 1.25 cubes unless you plan on tweaking with filling. A sealed enclosure at 2.5 cubes will give you a damping...

Re: Frequency response graph

If you're actually trying to a flat frequency response, it's a matter of accounting for the environment the cabinet is going into. If it's a car, you're going to have to account for cabin gain which varies with vehicle length and internal volume. With a higher tuning, it generally sounds ok once eq'...

Re: When last have you visited the pitch lake?

Can't say for bacteria, but we found that pitch confers antihelmintic properties to the water that it's in contact with. The same has been known about tar itself for some ages as a remedy for infestations.
