Re: Drivers who use back roads as short cuts.

Aye Spanna - I hear you, I do that kinda sheit - The thing is that drivers of today have no common courtesy, no respect for other drivers, no respect for their passengers, they show blatant disregard to Motor Vehicle & Road Traffic Act. As a nation we continue to condone this type of behavior on...

Re: LF advice on vehicle fraudulent registration

I deeply understand your your plight - many years ago I found myself wanting a really attractive Toyota Starlet. I did my due diligence and ran a search on it - turned out to be registered as a trailer. Long story it ended being sold for parts by the owner who in fact had purchased same from a deale...

They're pretty resilient, I believe as parents we can over-react to some situations with kids, to my mind that's how they learn the boundaries for what is good or bad for them.

Re: Offical New Born Baby Thread

Steamroller I know your plight and it would continue for a few months, as their digestive system adapts, I had used the Oval drops with my first born and it was a relief, presently I had to resort to the Little Remedies it works not as effective as the Oval though. Try to keep the baby upright after...

Re: Offical New Born Baby Thread

Look at the Safety1st brand, I had looked around and had gotten a stroller / car seat combo first, but my son grew out the car seat by age one and a half. I purchased another Safety1st car seat this one though is recommended for infants up to toddlers and is a forward facing and is able to recline.....

I give my support to Rainman's response with regards to the pediatrician Dr.Brahim - We looked around and spoke to a few other parents before we chose him, he's really thorough with your child's progress. Yes - ask as many questions as you can.

Re: Offical New Born Baby Thread

Some newborns tend to suffer with constipation when introduced to the milk, attention should be paid to the iron content of the milk- we have used Enfamil during the infant stage and then onto the Enfagrow with no problems mixing in the cereal. Pampers are the Huggies brand along with the wet wipes ...

Re: LF- Convertible child seat

Safety 1st has some really good one's, I recently purchased a forward facing one that goes up to 50lbs and also acts as a car seat for an infant. If I had known I'd have purchased that before buying a stroller / seat combo - I got everything at Gopaul Lands - Marabella.

Re: what de fuss wit dis parliamentarian pension?

Whilst this is a good initiative to increase the pensions for the ex-judges / magistrates, the manner in which it was done brings highlights how our present administration functions - does not consult with relevant stakeholders. By this I mean the judges / magistrates would be in favour but the SRC ...

Racism always existed in our sweet TNT long before the "Doc", ZR you may not have seen in highly populated Indotrini areas where both Indo and Afro sat at the same table and yes assisted each other in critical times. What happened in the late 80's when many Indotrini's packed up and went t...

The "Inspectorate" has had years of experience, most of the Senior Inspectors have been with the company since the 70's so how dare you? It seems as though you want to practice unsafe working conditions and was written up for it. That's good and fine with the Senior Inspectors but the Juni...
