The brake fluid will help but also dissolves the coating on the clutches in the tranny and after a while slippage will occur.
Costing you a new tranny.
You're better of using a tranny conditioner like Lubeguard or Wynns which is designed to work safely in trannys.
My two cents.

The previous owner was also only given this one remote when he bought the car.

rb20e : cold reading 250 Ohms
hot reading 100 Ohms
rb25de : cold reading 800 Ohms
hot reading 100 Ohms
Used back the unit from the rb20e and dash gauge works just as it did before the conversion.

How do I convert from R12 to 134A gas safely.
Was told it can't be done with the existing compressor, condensor etc.Was also told simple vacuuming and regasing will damage the entire system.

There was a guy in south who did injection moulding for suspension bushings. Where was he located and avg cost vs original bushings. Have a problem in getting the track arm bushing for the A31. That is the arm with 2 bolts on one end and a big bushing about 2" in diameter on the other end. Subs...

Did a conversion from a RB20E to the RB25DE.
Everything works fine but my temperature gauge reading is always reading very very low. I am talking about less than 1/16 of an inch movement.
Any help in solving this problem or do i have to hook up an additional gauge.

Newly swap to a RB25DE.
Do I leave in the thermostat or remove it and run the engine without it as I did with the RB20E that was in it before?
And also do we have any fail safe thermostats in Trinidad?
These are the ones that fail in the open position.
