Re: LGBT celebrate High Court ruling on Buggery Law- to be appealed

This is a constitutional matter...not a religious matter. Equality of treatment can happen without requiring everyone to be in agreement or endorsing the choices that are made. As citizens we all entitled to our space here.. What I do with my moving parts does not reduce the space I'm entitled to. N...

Serious thing now. That story on Michelle is very sad. Why bring it out now, when those in the know, knew all along? If she did not win a gold medal, would this have been an issue? I disagree- she obviously isnt bothered to worry about something that she never hid....frankly if she uses this oppurt...

Open seems to have managed supply growth to the point where prices will now react to the shocks and reflect uncertainties of the supply chain....Probably means higher prices as the geo political stage heats up.

Re: LGBT march - High Court to rule on Buggery Law April 12th

The law is not forcing acceptance.....its standardizing treatment where it has jurisdiction.

If a law could force acceptance...would people still be rascist?
Or sexist?

I can be courteous to someone while disagreeing with them.

Tolerance isn't just for those things/people we agree with.

This is a pretty fkn dotish move.

Smith probably gran charge with a step down and a by election threat, no other reason to keep him....

It's one thing to condone the behaviour....it's another to endorse a man fkn dumb enough to ignore so many close calls and continue with the behaviour.

Ironic that the religious leaders are protesting this. You'd think given their propensity for child molestation.... As a Catholic this irony is clear....but( :D ) given how the Church dealt with the young people entering into the seminary...it is to some extent cause and effect. As to the LBGT comm...

Re: Redman... have a question about NEL and SurePay...

There are many issues that will make this difficult Primarily NEL is a holding company....that is really a state enterprise in drag. NEL is majority owned by the govt...so that it would have to be the govt divesting the holdings that NEL owns. NFM,TSTT,NGC etc all would be 'owned' by NEL. That owner...
