Re: Should Venezuelan refugees be allowed to live in T&T?

There is no way to manage this. The humanitarian thing to do it to open borders. That said allowing unlimited quantities of immigration...brings challenges that we cannot manage. We can't stop the people coming in...and we do not have unlimited absorptive capacity. So in other words Mr. Minister......

Re: PNM in Gov't - 3 AND AH HALF YEARS LATER!!!!

We were discussing the Cost Structure...I don't see how that leads to not supporting the collection of outstanding bills. Having collected all outstanding....we will still be faced with the simple fact that the cost of production is greater than the Selling price. So we the people pay the subsidy (f...

Re: PNM in Gov't - 3 AND AH HALF YEARS LATER!!!!

Its TTEC that purchased the NAt Gas at a heavily subsidized rate.

They then pay Power Gen,Trinity TGU to convert.

The subsidy is where the losses begin.

Remove the subsidy, and get full value for the NAt Gas.....and at the same time reduce the wastage by consumers that abuse the low cost energy.

Again We pay .05 usd per kwh. We pay this because the NG that is used is heavily subsidized. So like fuel every unit used COSTS more to produce than it is sold for. Whether an employee is fired or not an employer does hamper an ex employee furture employment. Well if the truth is that he was a bad employee...it supposed too. It is not the norm to ever give a bad reference. Same as an employee speaking negative about his former employer. may be in your head.......
