if the starter giving trouble,,, take a metal pipe and knock it kind of hard. what happens the brushes when bad ,they stick... it works but ull have to get it repaired otherwise ull always have to carry around that pipe in ur car. lol

going to a gearbox on a 4g18 using f54m1 ck gearbox... what i know the 4g18 axles work but u get a vibrations at certain speeds. now if i get ck4 axles complete will it line up to the spindle of both sides?

would charge a 400 to do it... its easy to do just there are rubber gaskets u dont want to burst and u have to make a bracket to cover the egr vlave... i frim arima so hit me a pm once i have the time ill do it.

if its a gdi .... advice is clean the throttle body bro ... gdi engines builds a lot of carbon becuase of the egr valve that cruds up the intake......the throttle is a e-throttle so the plate must be sticking.

all the idlecontrol motor for the cs lancer is the same.... one comes with a brown plastic and the other is a black .... both does the same and have the same bolt patterns

yip the egt sensor is a needle type sensor that is right before the cat ... its located on the cat itself.... thing is its hard to find in the bamboo so if u cant get one chip it with a resistor cause thats a part to play in the open and close loop in regulatin temp from radiator fans to air intake ...

nope it wont clog the exhaust the soot will just go through the exhaust system. most gdi comes wit cats cause gdi comes wit a exhaust gas temp sensor on the pipe after the cat .

also to check to see if the clutch engaging , just start the car... pull out the wire on top of the compressor and put a 12v wire on the jack , u suppose to here click! is the clutch pads are worn or slipping , ull the the outside of the compressor spinning a different speed compared to the part tha...

i did mines this , my clutch pads on the compressor was worn so the compressor wasnt engaging when i turn it on. the bearing was bad also . so i opend up the entire thing , have bout 6 -8 bolts to open the compressor . it has a seashell swirl pattern inside that i guess is what compresses the ac gas...

gdi engines liquid doctor is ENGINE RESTORE. proven and tested. always put one in my car. never got tappet knock again. usin amsoil 10w30 and retore best thing for gdi i know.
