Sirs my bro in law has a 2001 civic that has the green key light flashing. We would like to totally disable it since he lost the chip key. Car is located in Barrackpore. Can anyone assist and what will be the cost.

yep.cause the shaft was cracked so the timing was always slipping.

ok fellas here is an update -

- Timing of Engine was off and was retimed
- All belts and tensioner good
- Fuel Pump and filter changed
- o2 sensor good
- all other sensors good

Vehicle still has problems. Straining to climb hill.

Need some help to sort this put guys. Is real pressure.

the engine feels like its "grasping for breath".

Recently tuned up in October last year. Milage is about 130,000. All fluids in good.

So guys I need help. I have a Suzuki apv and is having power loss on low rpm. the below was dine:

Coil pack checked
plugs replaced
catalytic converter replaced

If I am climbing a hill its like a donkey cart.

Can anyone advise what may be my issue.

My Plan with the planner sitting on her desk in POS about a month now. Submitted since Aug and there is no issues with the plans. I fed up of this dead slow Public Service yes.

Question about Property Equity

Do Banks hold land as equity. I have two pieces of land in separate areas. Will the bank hold one of them as equity in order to give me funds to build on the other and if so what is the usual period of time i.e. 15 years..20 years and interest rates.

additionally.......why isn't the crime situation getting as much traction like this......which is a much bigger issues cause whats the point of raising the age limit if you not even sure u gonna reach 18.

Anyone know what should be the price of land off the chin chin road. land is categorized as agri land. there currently exist no drainage with the closest house about 200 ft from the land so water i.m guessing will have to be run from that point and also would need to put down 2 electricity poles to ...

yes it is cause land in the area is going for $100 - $125 psf minimum so 9000 sq ft of land should value at min 900,000 not 750k as they advised. They advise that the land was valued at $85psf and house at 275psf. Yes the house is dated 275psf...still think they mad.

but considering those prices they gave me prices in the area are much more than that....i mea you have 5000sq feet of land selling for 550k and above etc

Then they saved you from additional tax no? Or did you plan to borrow more via equity to renovate etc. exactly. i mean being a 10 year house i would have liked to get enough equity on the property to renovate etc and did not mind paying the extra taxes etc... even mentioned this to the valuator but...
