What about the feasibility of doing this swap in that same 1.6L N/A Impreza? Does anyone have an idea of the cost of a WRX front cut?

W.T.K. Current foreign used vehicles that meet these specs

Like the topic says, what makes/models of foreign used vehicles come (fully loaded) with the following, I'm just trying to narrow my options here:

1.6 - 1.8 EFI
Dual SRS Air Bags
ABS
Rear Disc Brakes

Servicing a 2000 Mazda 323

I have 2 questions, first... what kind of oil best suits these cars. I'm not going fully synthetic, I was thinking the Shell synthetic blend (blue bottle). Also, what kind of plugs do these cars use (1600CC DOHC), NGK BKR5E-11?

The clamps have the same effect on your ride quality as cutting your springs, just with the clamps the effect is not permanent. Mr. fixables have B&G lowering springs for the Lancer, Last time I checked the set was $1050. I can't remember his number though, do a search here and you should get it.

How do you clean your throttle body?

Inside the throttle body on fuel injected engines nuh. Is there any special procedure to follow? For instance, my mechanic usually removes the intake piping and sprays inside the throttle body with Gum Solve, wipes out ll the carbon deposits with a rag and that seems to be about it. This looks simpl...

What's the suggested upgrade to replace a stock 1.75" mandrel bent exhaust with. In this case I'm going with crush bends, so I was thinking that 2" crush bends would have no effect, since with the crush bends will offer no big difference really. Also, what's the difference between using a "trush bar...

NGK makes a set of wires, I believe the part number is "ME96". These are the 2 wire set that works on the 4G92. Do a search on NOPI online store for them, think they're about $21 US.

Oh and as soon as you get word on the TPS I'd like to know where they're available.

Does an upgraded exhaust affect fuel economy?

As it says above, how does upgrading your exhaust to a 2" free flow system affect gas mileage? The vehicle in question is fuel injected and N/A with a cold air intake upgrade. At first, I was of the opinion that upgrades to the intake and exhaust would simply make the vehicle more efficient at produ...
