What does doing “spin class” do for building img you long distance riding capability? Reading the comments about push vs spin, I think I may have it wrong. The spin motion sometimes feels foreign, like in a spin class I can’t seem to keep up with that spinning motion. Should I try more spin classes...

Can't make that water fast biz. Currently trying to get to 10% body fat. At 14 now the scale says and I'm disappearing. The intermittent fasting can still work if your goal is to maintain muscle while you drop the fat

Well I was rallying a berry yrs n a cheap samsung.. then bam I blaze thru expensive phones in one year... cause I keep dropping my phones .. I buy a best protective case for s7 edge... now I sold it...not sure what I gonna buy.. I had some cheap Huawei and once u go premium phones.. it hard to down...

Yes not all are equal but they also aren't equal to non folding bikes and aren't a usually consideration unless you want travel with you bike a lot. The cons outweigh the benefits
