WTB: Swift Sport Compressor

Does anyone have, or know where I can locate a used compressor for a 2012 Swift Sport? My coil burnt out and I had it recoiled. Now it just doesn't cool due to some valve problem in the compressor, as diagnosed by Frankie's in Cocoyea.

Any assistance appreciated.

I'm having a similar knocking, just started this weekend. Sounds like a worn rod end, knocking on rough roads.

SSS Manual Alternator Charge

Hi Guys,

My Bosch S4 battery died on me because I neglected to check slack battery poles.
Now replaced, I did a voltage check on idle and got 13.2 - 13.4 volts. Is this to specification for the Suzuki Swift Sport ZC32S?

Thanks,

2012 SSS Audio Line in?

I have a local 2012 swift sport, the head unit is usb/cd/fm. Is there any way to add a line in using a 3.5mm jack? Has anyone attempted a mod like that?

Thanks,

You're right. And no, unfortunately there was no GPS.

The CID advised that the thieves are very proficient having taken the vehicle without force, keys or remotes.

Re: Headlight Restore offered.. *check pics*

This looks like a great job. Seem like the 3m restoration kit (great product) and $200 is very reasonable for the amount of labour and close attention it takes to produce good results. Keep it up! The problem remains though that unless we figure out a way to UV coat these polycarbonate lights, in ye...

Broken Crossmember

About 3 years after my BJ323 gearbox conversion, the crossmember under the engine is broken. It broke almost dead center below the lowest point of the gearbox. The break is clean in a straight line across the width of the crossmember. Question: Weld it back while bolted to the car? Or jackup the eng...

I'll take pics today.... these are 5 hole 15", I think the spec is 5 x 114. If you're interested, I can throw in a used set of 15" Dunlop Direzza's. They have some life on them still. It's a good tire, but a high treadwear, so my car, which is manual, was spinning them a little too easy in 1st. Rega...

Aside from tires, what's the next major cause of side to side vibration on a car? I get a moderate vibration above 100kph when power is being applied. However, when I mash the clutch, coasting at 100kph, thew vibration disappears completely until I release the clutch and the engine and gearbox are e...

Cinco,

They keyless system is a basic one, just a receiver and door solenoids. It doesn't check door status a lock the car, or not lock it as the case might be.
I'm swapping it out this week for a Viper 1002.
But Thanks.

No problem, I'll organize a link for you. If you have high speed, I can zip them together and put them on my web server and email you a link.

There is a rudimentary electrical schematic, but locating the wires in the harness is a whole other challenge that defeats me.

Thanks,
Silas
