Re: Advice Req - How to setup Account with US Bank

You HAVE to be physically present to do this. You also HAVE to give them a US address (it could be a relative's address). You need to present your passport and having some cash in hand to deposit helps. Bank of America is quite amenable than most of the others. Don't talk to the CSRs as they are una...

Re: 08 subaru legacy transmission

Call 686 4614. He can scan the TCM and identify if it's a valve body issue. I remember Gobin having one of the SI drives trans..I think it was '06 though..you can still check..N.B all the numbers on the replacement trans MUST match up tho..b wary of that b4 u purchase.

^^ Sounds like your car has other problems..probably not plug related. Your results seem very untypical of those who use one step colder plugs.

The one step colder option..especially if your car is tuned and accounting for our less and than ideal fuel spec.

Re: LEGACY DIT

Have your got it tuned as yet? Yours is the BMG/BMR series huh.. It reportedly makes abit more power and torque than the EJ 25 BM/BR series however just keep and eye on the CVT though..a lot of Japanese and Taiwanese tuners fear the longevity of the CVT on those models. The FA 20 motor must be reall...

Re: Is there a new Subaru wagon?

^^ Yea I saw it a couple times in fyzabad; it is the Subaru Exiga.

It's basically a 'cheapo' legacy wagon...comes in NA or GT. I saw a couple dealers bring it in by order but the demand is low.

Re: WTK: 2010 Subaru Impreza Anesis

Fairly powered Easily available Relatively inexpensive AWD not necessary All in all it is a pretty solid ride, looks gr8 and drives smooth. Beware of units with roll back mileage, i.e. greater than 100K on the odometer, as you would have to invest in a timing belt service asap and they may have tran...

Alot of the USDM parts on ebay won't work. However if you do get the part numbers you can easily find them on ebay from the same sellers as they 'sometimes' stock JDM parts.

Re: brz or wrx?

Octane rating and RON are two different measurements. BRZ needs 91 octane = 95 RON minimum ... 93 octane is the requirement. To get 200 HP out of a NA 2.0L engine they has to crank up the compression ratio's To make it worse our climate is very hot, I'm seeing 37 Celsius as a normal these days. No ...

Re: brz or wrx?

BRZ(JDM) requires 98 RON...so closest is 95 RON (premium)
if you're buying either from massy then i'd recommend being rich...where insignificant issues such as fuel prices won't matter
doesn't make sense to put low octane fuel in those cars especially the FI wrx
