.....dude sounds like a fuel problem to me...., if not the holding back could be attributed to de airflow...or even bad plugs..check fuel pressure first then go from there...
if your preliminary checks dont solve de problem... im almost sure that the two wires comin from the 4wd indicator sensor on the transfer case are touching check dat or the sensor is shorting....
see if u get it scanned first...then check ur airflow meter almeras tend to crack the wires as they enter the jack itself so shake it up while the engine idlin and see if it cut off or stumble...another direction is that sometimes if the closed tps switch aint workin properly it will cause overfueli...

well first start checkin ur fuel pressure and makin sure it above 35psi at idle and 40psi when u pull out the vaccum line for de regulator out. if thats ok then the wiring ..make sure the step up 4 ur ac workin i guessin it not..if the ac is not wired into the ecu then u wont get the step up and the...

is it gradual die down den cut off or a cut off jess so one time? if is a die down then most likely is lack of fuel...if is jest so one time is an electrical problem....wiring or cam sensor faulty or the igniter for de coil packs.....
