WTK: Help with NZE Front Bumper Difference

Dear Tuners, I have an NZE 121 Corolla such as this one depicted in the image below, it is commonly referred to as the "thin fog light model". I would like to change the look of the front to the dual beam headlights, the grille to a chrome one and also the bumper to the "bigger fog li...

Re: Help Needed: Toyota Altis Transmission

Had this issue before and it usually gets worse....with Reverse as well so get it sorted asap.

I was told by my mechanic that it is the solenoids or could be the ATF itself. I ended up changing the transmission.

Re: clear tint opague tint brown tint light tint

So what is the maximum recommended safe levels to use? Can tint be certified so you can have document to show police? I would say 30-35% VLT is usually safe (non reflective/ titanium etc) and you most likely wouldn't get pulled over. I have thought getting a certificate from the tint vendor or rece...

Re: Mobile number portability in Trinidad and Tobago

Would you really refrain from calling a number because it is on another network tho? I used to think twice about it, since then I have purchased a dual sim phone and I usually purchase prepaid plans from each provider, so I would like to use the plans to the fullest. When thinking about it, I know ...

Re: RE: Re: Mobile number portability in Trinidad and Tobago

This has me thinking, how do I know what network provider I am calling? Since Bm-Bm is a different rate to Dg-Bm? only the number stays the same, the provider is what you switch. If you switch from Digicel to Bmobile then you are Bmobile, even if the number originated from Digicel - you will be see...

Nintendo gets full marks for not giving up. I was certain after the "Wii/ Wii U" they were over.

This looks expensive, did anyone get the MSRP?

Re: Mobile number portability in Trinidad and Tobago

This has me thinking, how do I know what network provider I am calling? Since Bm-Bm is a different rate to Dg-Bm? I hear you....Time for the operators to switch from caller credit to caller minutes so it won't matter where the call originated. Let the providers fight up with the billing between the...

Re: clear tint opague tint brown tint light tint

Guys, after witnessing other drivers being made to strip out tint in roadblocks (embarrassing + $2,000 fine), I realized that it is not worth it. I have been there before w/ very dark tint, having to roll down glass quickly and pray they wave you through or installing very bright dome lights to make...

Re: Uber coming to T&T

What if the vehicle got into an accident, are you (the passenger) going to receive compensation from the driver's insurance?

Hired Vehicles have special insurance for same, not so?

With Private 3rd party insurance, do the passengers get any compensation?

Re: what would you do if this happens to you

Reminds me of a while back when coming back from Toco we caught 10 crabs on the way. I had no bag or box so I just threw them in the trunk  When I got home, I only found nine. I found it to be strange but I played it off cool as a miscount. (Was never good in maths) Few days after, I came in th...

In Sangre Grande, Flow is your best choice. According to @death365 they are the lesser of the evils you get closer to what you are paying for.

Some advice: That Arima to Sangre Grande taxi stand is friend, friend thing I have been reliably informed by multiple drivers that many times; men allow their friends to cut in the line and fight you down. (Not a big deal but still worth mentioning) Other than that: Some excellent advice given here,...

Re: Nissan Frontier Help

Thankyou! @Details. It seems as though the owner really did neglect the van. On the test run, my dad tried going up this hill and even on first gear, the van was just crawling up the hill. The owner was reassuring the entire time that "with the turbo, the van does usually fly up them hills".
