maybe the torque converter locking up too earlyso you dont pass 160 just my 0.02 cents i could be wrong

start clutch is going out 1ST Smart comment. dudes d only problem here is the clutch rubber gets hard after a few years, only thing dat can help is pour in a 1/2 bottle of brakes fluid and it will soften the clutches and give u a few weeks until u can CHANGE the tranny.. well yall gonna have problems because the ecu for the 2 solenoid vtec engines programmed to use with a cvt transmission only theres ways you can get around it still but you need an ecu to control the regular trans so you dont lose performance plus you need one to control the 2vtec head. its best you...

manual conversion is expensive its better to buy a manual car straight from a seller i speak from experience. Im not saying you must not support autoparts places and forum sellers for parts

your idle up solenoid seems dirty you need to get some carb cleaner and deal with it

I tried to start it today but no success not even one piston fire i guess it needs its own battery to start because the jumper cables were long so voltage drop.
