Most of the time i found with these engines the low idle with the ac on and in a gear and the loss of power comes from the idle control sensor sometimes cleaning can be of no use try changing the idle control with another and see how the car operates

Well one would have checked it when it overheated did it have water ,was the fans working, a thermostat could stick if there is one in d engine causing the water to stop circulate , it could be the sensor, it could be the sensor for the fans , it could be a clog radiator

If power steering is hydraulic system then did they bleed the air out from the rack also power steering pumps can fail after a rack change

Yes, Governments usually buy equipment from ebay. Ebay also calibrates and services these machines, with a certificate, and give warranty and free shipping. Then the Ebay seller comes down using his own money on plane tickets and educates the police on how to use and maintain the equipment properly...

So the government very effectively reduced the average speed motorist drive on the highway from 110km to 80km overnight - good job there... They also reduced the carrying capacity of the highway by over 27% overnight as well... Why don't they barricade the 3rd Lane while they at it - since it seems...
