good day guys I have a kia k2700 I recently decided to stop the company service what engine oil would you recommend to be used?

need a set of coilovers or drop springs with short shocks for my p11 wagon anyone know where i can get them.also wat will the ride be like if i use original shocks and drop springs?thanks in advance fellas
