map gas is $50 for the bottle in L&D, the torch itself is ~$270 in allied....gas in allied is ~$75

i never left load on the jack because i was taught not to do that from an early age...in any case...leaving a fraction of the rated load on the jack should not cause leakage. its a 3 ton jack and the heaviest vehicle it was used on was around 1450kg. i checked pricesmart's website...a 2 ton torin fo...

i have a bad experience with a big red jack....leaked literally one month after the warranty was up....i changed seals on it two times already......

sorry, should have clarified. they cut just around the weld of one of the panels and then the panels can be separated. they usually come in kits...some have a spring loaded locating point, others have drill bits. I called L&D, SSL, Tool House, A1 tools, Allied, Edoo's, William H Scott and Bhagwa...

a lot of people seem to brush off the fact that the van is easy to roll over... the navara pretty much failed the crash test when it was first tested in 2008....it was updated and got 3 stars....and eventually by 2012 it had 4 stars......i wont ever buy an older navara..... and i wont buy a new hilu...

helmets should also be replaced if they fall from more than 1m and manufacturers recommend 7 years from build date or 5 years from purchase date, whichever comes first. some manufacturers offer xray inspections after an impact in the US. considering the cost of an xray vs. a new helmet....pretty sur...

locally built trailers cannot be registered.
if it was imported, walk with its import documents and a cover note with its chassis/serial number and the fee.
best bet, go into a license office and ask a license officer...they are usually helpful if you approach them in a professional manner.

a complete bike attracts 20% duty and 12.5% VAT, which works up to be 35% on its value.
Bicycle parts on the other hand only attract VAT

bikes have no age restrictions. age restrictions were introduced partly to curb car sales and reduce traffic. if the "custom" bike has a title, and can be legally exported out of the us, there is no reason why it wont be registered here. i cannot say for certain about the build your own bi...

they keep the documents, so its good to have copies like he said...
not sure why you will need them later....but its good to have them to prove the bike is not stolen....which is the common case with a lot of local bikes...
