Re: Building a house in Trinidad

Correct, that “20k” is just for 1 row of cupboards/cabinets or the really cheap looking white stuff. A half kitchen with the nicer design is around 40k And fulllllll kitchen with island etc. is around 80k. ah come in here for some guidance i.e: building of kitchen cupboards(recommend some1, or some ...

Re: Building a house in Trinidad

They probably want a retention plan for the work completed so far to make sure it was done accoring to the previous plan. Once they verify that it is, they will pass it and renew the building permit

I think you should write the transport commissioner or try to a meeting with him directly to have this recitified.
Info you get will help others who wondering the same but second guessing doing it.

Re: Parking the Bank's property on someone's property becuz you owe them...

Simpson financing outside of lifestyle now? A lot more people than you would expect are into these 7 year loans for cars. Banks making a killing on people's lack of financial knowledge. The way I felt about my car 3 years after paying off a 4 year loan, I can't see how anyone would find favour in th...

Re: Building a house in Trinidad

I was wondering about the clay vs concrete block also, Can you elaborate on this? Overburden is the unwanted material from strip mining. Concrete blocks do not require plastering while clay block does. Concrete blocks require a larger foundation and column/beam structure because of increased dead lo...

“lifetime” is 100k kms to them. After that is to throw away the vehicle. Everything that you need to know regarding oil change is in the owner's manual. If you choose to change at a different interval or use a different engine oil spec, it is your perogative. This. Everyone thinks they know better t...
