You need to write the transport comissioner to ask for permission.
Or sell it and transfer next year

Re: WTK: Using land as collateral for a loan

You will need to go to town and country office to get a status letter, to see what the land is, then apply for a change of use if needed.
Its not a short process, can take weeks to months.

Re: WTK: Using land as collateral for a loan

Ok understood But that gonna be hard 1 eh nobody gonna lend 900k just so. Even with land as a colateral, this transacriin has a lot of redflags for a financing institution. OPie Ideally, all you really need for a loan for land is job security and 10% deposit. Once the land has all the approvals and ...

Re: WTK: Using land as collateral for a loan

OPie Ideally, all you really need for a loan for land is job security and 10% deposit. Once the land has all the approvals and the paperwork is good, you shouldnt have any issues purchasing it. So question is: why you need to use someone else land as colateral? Is it cant you cant fulfil your end of...

Re: :: The official TOOLS thread ::

My biggest issue with that is storage and maintenance. Its cheaper to rent one for 100 a day than to buy one and service it. it is more fun to use impact driver though whirrrrrr, clack clack you should try and get your own small generator, like a 2000 size one person can lift and could power a fridg...

Yea The drill is the big dewalt 3spd 20v hammer drill. So power is not an issue. Regular variable speed drill for me. I did that trade for 11 years and never used impact or slip chuck drills once. The trick is when to know to let the trigger go to avoid pulling the screw too much causing the roofing...

Re: :: The official TOOLS thread ::

This is what i worried about.... But its a job that we managing and we returned the generator already, so they need to finish out a small section of galavanise and ridge cap. Its not cost effective to rent and transport a generator for a half day's work. So cordless tools was the next option. The bu...
