Mini aloo pies for breakfast, with tamarind sauce.

Lunch was a trini pizza: hotdog, grocery cheese, pinapple, canned mushrooms, bottled marinara sauce, onion slices.

Yup I have a "sanitizing kit" i movin with these days Home made hand sanitizer for quick stops And a dettol soap in a lil sealed bowl for washes wherever possible Also has a few hospital wipes for pre- cleaning, gloves for gas station or where necessary. paid $180 for 1.5L of hand sanitize...

The better way to eat oysters really is straight from the shell with minimal sauce and the natural sheel juice, the way we do with a whole cup of sauce kinda messes up the natural briny taste. i wont chance that with local oysters. if you open them yourself, you will actually find dirt in the shell...
