That is very very peculiar since I have witnessed a few engine builds in there whereby they always replace all pistons to avoid issues like that...hmmm
It could be possible our region gets diff engine codes from ROW which would have diff cooling systems,pistons,drivetrain ecu software catered for 3rd country. Ideally fuel offers cooling..turbo engines produce extra heat and higher RON means less less prone to misfires which go un- noticed by averag...
Yep...tinker with ya xdl diff settings under ABS controller and brake assist to work low down a bunch of others...just suddung a 2 hrs and navigate you will find stuff to do there
Manifold pressure sensor is located to the rear of the pcv plumbinh on the camshaft cover....unplug it then rescan to see if the fault code changes but item descriptive name remains (manifold pressure sensor).

There are metal clips around the lower part of the door still holding in place...fit a decent size flat blade between the lower parts of the door card and prize it off the door, u will hear a loud *plax* noise but not to worry, its normal.
