Not sure if you need to remove the cat or if you do have multiple cats. The exhaust shop will not be removing your o2's but gutting or removing the cats. Bank 1 Sensor 1 sensors (before cats) are responsible for fuel trim while Sensor 2 sensors are to monitor the efficiency of the cats. What we have...

If there is no speed sensor on the tranny most likely your speed signal is from the abs over CAN.

PCM means you have 1 brain controlling engine and transmission. Did you check for blown fuses? Shorted wires? Powers and grounds to PCM?

Find the ecm relay (brown) power w/b, r/Blk wires, Blk/ r wire is ignition. Get your battery,put your power and ground and jump your starter

It could be that the solenoid bad, fluid, pcm or wiring bad.

Did you check oil since January? If wasn't monitored a leak couldn't be detected, unless puddles were seen.
