Dude..I have a 50Mb package and only getting 25...called the retarded help desk..some crap about needing a firmware update which ironically was the same excuse given 2 weeks ago when I called....this bull need to stop

I actually think this is a smart strategy... Get people talking about the drug by a ridiculous price increase and then drop the price a little lower ...make them feel the new price still better....and still end up with a 3000% profit

And dem levels kinda low..should ideally be in the 40s....so what may happen is at Peake times the levels will drop a bit and cause the modem to hop over on another channel frequency... That may be causing your downtime

Different modems have more downstream... Each channel can do 30Mbs....I'm assuming that's the new moca modem with intel atom processor or a modem with a broadcom processor...the older puma5 modems only have 8 channels

What it think is unfair is the quality of what is received. For example when World Cup comes around and people are subjected to TV6 poor quality, when directv and cable provides better quality. Actually its a pretty smart business plan for them...if they can get most businesses to leave flow and tstt....they gonna make those companies suffer a bit and then roll out residential and cripple them
