A lot of businesses ask that you make a minimum purchase to be able to use your linx card, because there is a small fee attached to same. BTW what is wasa plans to avoid another water shortage next year....considering we have 40,000+ Spanish and climate change. Especially since we get less rainfall and increased temperatures every year. Seems like wasa doing the same thing every year and expecting a different result.
