Re: best tick and flee shampoo

Actually, any detergent will kill fleas - ticks not so much once they burrow in.

The best proven-safe methods are not shampoos at all but rather topical applications that have insecticides like permethrins or fipronil in combination with an insect growth regulator.

Protools on EMR in San Juan. The pressure switch should cutoff the compressor motor at 120 to 155 psi for that model. Check that the pressure gauge is reading high enough for cutoff. Sometimes the actuation mechanism requires dusting and cleaning. Open it up, blow it out. Add some WD40 to the actuat...

I believe that the salient points are:
- When you purchase, lease or rent, you agree to certain covenants, restrictions and requirements.
- You may choose to ignore those conditions at your own risk.

There may be a homeowners' association that has rules regarding exterior features like fencing, awnings and exterior paint colors.

Typically, you will need approval of the association before making exterior changes.

Any info on bi-folding gates Size - 20 feet accross & 5 feet hight Unless there is a very sharp turn involved, gates for a two or three car garage are seldom wider than 16 feet across. If you plan on using a track, you can also use a dual gate center column system. https://youtu.be/yp5aT6UlIB0

Any part that is sold after assembly, even if it's says Honda, Ford, Toyota, etc., is aftermarket. Dealer or OEM part: part that is marketed by the OEM's dealership service divi...
