Re: The official WAZE GPS navigation thread

Adam95, I just saw this thread today :) I use Waze daily and do find it to be very accurate with ETA on or about a couple minutes difference. My only criticism is that my suggested routes to work (From Trincity to Central) on the app often factor in the bus route. Not sure why this happens, perhaps...

Re: 2007/2012 Grand Vitara Advice

Now seeing this post so hence the late reply. If you still seek an answer, see below: I have two of these vehicles (2005 and 2017) Both were bought with just over 60,000Kms on the odometer and appear to be genuine mileage. The 2005 now has about 220,000km and is only now emitting some white smoke on...

Re: 2006 Suzuki Grand Vitara Abs and Transmission light

Know this is an old post but was finally able to resolve this issue last week. Saw a poster on http://www.suzuki-forums.com show how he resolved it with step by step instructions. Basically the issues occurs because of loose or "cold" soldering joints on the circuit board of the instrument...

Re: 2006 Suzuki Grand Vitara Abs and Transmission light

Same issue here, was told there is a guy in Lopinot who can fix it. Took mine to Lifestyle and they said they would have to change the panel but the panel does not have a part number. They said they will try to find the part (Not sure how they will do that without a part number) and would call me ba...

Re: Tech thread- Suzuki Vitara/ Grand Vitara

Worksux101... I use a 2006 model as a daily driver. Things you should be aware of... The 4x4 model is all time, so more fuel consumption (18-20mpg) more tire wear (All four in 40,000km, depending on brand and driving style and less acceleration (0-60mph in 15 secs). Top speed is about 100 mph after ...

Onlystunna, did you ever get this sorted out?

I'm having a similar problem which started right after the bottom tank in my radiator burst.

Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

Re: WTB: Big bottle of wine

If you're up on the east side i saw some of the large Manischewitz bottles in Extra Foods O'meara. It was a couple of months ago so not sure if they still have. As another poster mentioned, the box wines are also a good option, which are normally 2.25 litres (The equivalent of 3 x 750ml bottles). Pr...

Re: T&T ONLINE Vehicle Registration Verification System

Thanks for this information. I was able to get correct information for one of my vehicles, a 2005 model. My older 1995 did not show up, perhaps it's a typo to blame. I used the license plate and Chassis number for the one i got the information for, the other one i only had the license plate and engi...

Re: Grand Vitara - battery issues/losing charge

Bumping this old post...Had an issue with my alternator as well. Turns out the power steering pump had a leak which dripped PS fluid directly onto the alternator which is located directly under the PS pump. I heard this is a common issue with this model of Grand Vitara (2006 model year, looks simila...

About 25. The tanks are small. It's probably 4 feet diameter. These are the cut tanks from Century Eslon.

^^ Good to know. You seem to be very informed on this issue. My skepticism when it comes to these projects comes from years of lip service from various governments over the past 15 years we have been in the industry. Let's hope that all you mentioned comes to past and also that if governments change...

Additionally this area is highly visible so it will help the government of the day appear to be serious about aquaculture. Motives aside I'm happy to see these ponds r...

One year old tilapia. Note these are silvers which grow faster than the red.
