A fortuner is a glorified hilux. A prado is a better built vehicle. That being said, anything for 150k max Prepare to spend some money. Toyota parts not cheap. And there are less aftermarket options for prado than fortuner (fortuner and hilux share a platform) Well Said KRONIK... A Glorified Hilux ...

Thinking about importing. Anyone else. Just don't bring it in knock down, LO will not register it and not allow you leave the compound riding it. They check your customs and duties to make sure the right amount of taxes was paid. When LO collects your customs paper work they will send it to customs...

BFG AT/KO is probably the best all terrain you can buy on a budget, low road noise, good wet and dry traction, superb wear, and even works well in mud, had a few guys with them on our runs and they work good..... I was there... Makes No sense to put a 200k plus vehicle in the Mud/Trail that was really designed for on road luxury. With the 2009 and 2010 Hilux i wanted to have fun but just could not cuz i didnt want to F@ck it up. If the Mud and Trail and Off-Roading is your passion you really cant beat a rigg...
