You have to call them to get it disabled. If the CSR say it can't they lie because that's exactly how I got mine disabled. It looks like the flow modem rebooted every few days in the night. I disable the flow wi fi and it comes back on all by itself

Did that about 4 times earlier. But the flow modem is back online now.

Yes I though it was my router as well so I rebooted. Then things was moving slow. So I rebooted everything. Now it seems ok. But flow FB page has an advisory about internet but no area was stated. I'm in PoS .
Anyone getting internet issues now?

Anyone upgraded to hub tv had issues with the TG2482 coming back online after a reset . i did the upgrade today. Everything went well . except the internet speed was the same. My mistake was to reset the modem . after that it won't connect to the internet. Flow tech was at a loss as to what happened...

It came back today. I was getting less than 20mb down and 2mb up..i had to use Digicel lte and that was slow as well. Only half as fast as it should be.

That's on wifi or lan cable?
Lan cable. 5g wifi is 160mb

Had 150 Mb now getting 200 Mb. But upload was always around 18 Mb . Try restarting the modem!

Guess they havent reached your suide of trinidad yet Or probably cuz of the legacy services I have. I also still have Flow Basix cable which is not a TV package one can get now. A box wasn't working the other day and they replaced it with a used one as they say they do not stock those old boxes aga...
