yup. assuming all things being equal (driver skill) it means the lower powered one had better traction. also, a heavier car would need more hp/tq to get it down the 1/4 in the same time as a lighter, less powerful car. well said and ofcourse, gearing plays an important part too. It doesn not necess...

remember too much free flow causes a loss of torque. There must be a restriction as we cannot have it fully free flow. Cat-back with 2" exhaust is fine like what Jimbo say, don't over do it.

^^NSX and Supra I believe has a slightly higher top speed than the RX-7 and Skyline. All 4 are similar no doubt but that 0-60 time still goes to the RX-7. Quarter mile and track handling would be competitive between NSX, RX-7 and Supra too. I want all 4 of em  Imagine what the next Supra, S...

Remember although it's a 2.6, it not no Mazda6 engine! true the M6 engine is the MZR series with DOHC, 16 valves and sequential valve timing (SV-T). The 2.6 pickup version is adequately powerful for lighter duties than the turbo model. Sure has more useful power than a brand new 1.6L wagon though.

Now fellas.......I don't know about dem modified cars but I can tell you one thing, a stock RX-7 Spirit R Type A most likely will squash a Skyline (R34) GT-R on a track....Laguna Seca is a good place to start. Now both cars terribly fast but the RX-7 has a slightly faster pulloff (0-60 in 4.5s) and ...

bleedingfreak, we actually had a TBE non-turbo model for a short duration and it was exceptional back in those days. It had power-everything including power mirors too. It really performed and with just over 200,000kms the thing still goes and goes. No major problems but it doesn't make it too speci...

^ i beg to differ, all 4 of these pickup trucks have roughly the same size of tray and off road capabilities due to part-time four wheel drive etc. In this case now, we try to decipher why to buy one over the other seeing that prices are already up there! So what do we look for? Buy a Mitsubishi L20...

gizmo, sorry they pallie but you have been highly misinformed. the latest L200 has a 2.5 Turbo Diesel producing 240Nm of torque at 2000rpm and the Mazda produces 280Nm of torque at the same 2000rpm (not bad for a small 2.5). The Ford Ranger is also similar to the Mazda as they are the same pickup tr...
