Re: OFFICIAL

Nah, it's an NZ licence plate, I just happened to get a combination that looks like one from Trinidad so I figured I'd fish for some attention.

Anyhoo, it's a Hyundai i30N.

Re: Multiple major earthquakes hit off coast of New Zealand

Wow, I haven't logged on as myself in ages. Anyhoo, I live in the southern part of North Island, and slept through the drama. Didn't feel a thing. Also there are people surfing on the beach outside my office right now. We didn't even get the obligatory "stay safe" email. So no big I guess.

Re: Scale model paint?

I spoke to the people at Aeropost about pressurized containers. They said, once I'm not bringing down aerosol paints in bulk, it should be fine. I'd probably have to pay extra to ship since it would be classified as hazardous materials but if it were cheap and practical, it wouldn't be called a hobby.

Re: Scale model paint?

Hi, don't waste your time with Island Hobbies. They have an ancient rack of Humbrol paint and you have to go through by hand to get what you want. Shipping hobby paints is actually a breeze via skybox. I use Aeropost. But send me a pm with what you're looking for. I bought a few kits to get the exac...

Re: WTK, Simpson Motors Barbados

From my experience with them, Simpson motors will ship straight to your door (via air freight)
You pay them the shipping fees.

Of course, with large or heavy items, it may be wiser to call around and speak to some shipping companies.

Guys, when you doing the Mclaurin's series expansions right, why you have to test with differentials and f(0) first? Learned this about 12 or 13 years ago but here goes... *ahem* If f(x) is a function of x and exists throughout a certain domain, including x = 0 and: 1. Is differentiable any amount ...
