Re: Tobago listed as one of the most expensive holiday desitinations

So what if list had stopped at 34 places instead of 40? That would have made Scarborough the least cheapest (most expensive) destination not so? I believe the survey should have included more places. Nevertheless, it is interesting to note the destinations that are surveyed to be cheaper than Scarb...

Re: Tobago listed as one of the most expensive holiday desitinations

I have been to 20 out of the 40 places on that list and I would say some of the prices quoted are a bit off (especially India-I was there earlier in the year and struggled to spend more that the equivalent of £30 with drinks, starters mains, extra crap) but I would say I'm not surprised about the ra...

I watched it over the weekend also- I thought is well done.

Not bad! Just a note it's not a 5.0 litre ICE as AUDI changed their naming convention some time ago where engine output rather than size relates to the number after the name - so it's a 50 for this.

What's the history behind the silos? Alcoa wasn't an aluminum smelter plant that was supposed to come here and never did? If i remember correctly this was just a storage area where Bauxite was brought in from South America then shipped back out...was it called ALCAN at some point (?) i remember jum...

i've read somewhere that fuel efficiency in hybrids may decrease at higher/highway speeds compared to ICE vehicles. I switch off my electric motor once I hit a certain speed on the highways and use the ICE to recharge the battery as i driving along. Once back in traffic I either switch to hybrid or...

Re: Should Sex Work be Legalized in Trinidad and Tobago?

Prostitutes gonna prostitute whether it legal or not and doubt making it legal will lead to more women choosing this as a career path.

What they should look at it regulating it, heath checks, safe places, etc rather thank just think about legalising it

Burn through simply means to use or go through something quickly... in this case books.

No fire is used and not even sure why this needs an explanation. Perhaps stick to posting in threads nobody really takes seriously and you will feel at home there rather than here.

I ended up dumping 2 full sets encyclopedias last year as the information was no longer correct, kept the old atlases though because there are interesting to see what the countries are like now vs then.
