took me one year to day because i followed fad diets and tried everything int he book. I finally nailed it down right and stuck to counting calories. Always remember weight loss is not linear. now i cut back to 210lbs here, want to hover at around 200lbs.

needed to add some lean body mass to have something to cut down to, so i did a controlled bulk to 225-230lbs

lost the weight, dropped down till 165lbs, hated it, felt like a weak fgt
