Re: Right to bear arms

Any one here actually can point to a local instance where a legally issued fire arm was used in a crime-murder etc? Lets start with that. I would bet that the vast majority of people that possess FULs and to some extent FUECs are generally law abiding. The people that I know are exactly that. If any...

Re: Right to bear arms

Mass ownership has never been suggested. The point here is that there are responsible people who want to own a fire arm-and are happy to conform to any logical requirements to do so. Despite all the whining above, all of us, if there is a mass shooting here in TnT, would want it to be stopped asap- ...

Re: Right to bear arms

I would suggest that you do your own research -the reality is that there are strong lobbies on both sides and there is quite a lot of mis information out there. So its would more useful for you -in search of info- to do your thing and assess what you read for yourself. when you get it come and share...

My point was that the benefit of having armed citizens who are able and willing to respond to a mass shooting attempt...is already proven in the US. This is what I said Which mass shooting in recent times was stopped by an "able and willing armed citizen?" In fact which shooter has even b...

You own your house
until the bank comes for non payment..

The financing institution will have bonds or some other instrument that secures the investment.
And trigger clauses where it can take over the borrowing entity

Well I haven't come across any one that tried what 88 indicated...never even occured to me that people concieve that...but my sample would be small. People became members of a range...then got the cert after some training. When I joined...the range management were clear. Join and get training, tbh n...

Re: Right to bear arms

Able and willing are airy fairy concepts when it comes to drawing on an active shooter. When you apply for a firearm are you asked if you're willing and able? What you are required to do is get TRAINING, and even then, there is no guarantee how you'll react. I see the problem. Moving on,the ...

Re: Right to bear arms

Having a gun and actually using it against an active shooter are worlds apart, especially if you're untrained....

Re: Right to bear arms

how so? The provisional is authorization from the CoP to train with a gun...at a named range and expires in 3 months or something so. the FUEC at the range is given as a result of your membership at the range. Both mean that you can only shoot here. Functionally the same. Functionally similar , in ...

Can you practice on a gun range without a FUL or provisional? Asking as i really unaware... The ranges will apply for a FUEC- Firearm User Employee Certificate for a member. Once granted the person will be able to use the ranges firearms on the range with a range officer present. Its an easy proces...

Re: Right to bear arms

So what do you all think should we as a multi racial ethnic and religious society be doing here now today?

What do you all think is realistic for sweet TnT?

I just don't think civilian gun ownership saturation is a solution and might actually exacerbate the ...

The offer is probably for everything
The Refinery is significantly dependent on having feedstock, local market demand and a port for export and import...all across the road from one another.

Integrated oil companies work everywhere....except here.

Re: Partitioning of Land

Ok hypothetical Q.

in Honorable s case..the partitioning will create X pieces of property on a singular piece of land.

But these will have different values...road front, lowest, where the drain is etc...
How is this handled if there is no agreement in the first place?
