Re: The Ultimate 1jz/2jz thread. all jz questions answered.

Guys I'm not sure if this issue is normal or not but here goes.. Recently I started abusing the 2JZ less and started using it as a normal daily driver ride. However, when cruising the secondary turbo takes a little while to come on and isn't "seamless" at all. You FEEL and HEAR that thing ...

Re: Subaru ts engine options?

To answer a few of your questions, Singapore cars use a chipped key immobiliser system so if you're going with a Singapore WRX setup, you will NEED the ignition with key, ECU, Immobiliser control box and gauge cluster. However, the JDM setup (until late 2005-2006) does not have this so you can keep ...

Re: Subaru ts engine options?

Just completed my 4th WRX conversion on a TS so I can answer pretty much anything you want lol All conversions were done with "newer" models, Bugeye and Peanut eye (2002-2005) to maintain overall function and value of the car. Guessing you have a Singapore TS (flared fender, 1.6L) and want...

Re: My FD3S drag/ street project (Chevy V8)

Hey guys, I'm looking for a Holley fuel pump (red), does anyone have these locally?? I have found them online but instead of going through that, I was thinking to get it locally first.

So far I have found the blue and black, both of which push wayyyy too much fuel for my application.

Build was similar but using a smaller engine and manual.

This project was started before that one I think (2006).

Re: My FD3S drag/ street project (Chevy V8)

OK so finally some updates...trying to finish up the engine bay, getting radiator, fans, condenser.

Mount braces installed, time to clean up and paint.

As you see, clearance is tight but it all fits! :evilbat:

Re: Availability of mechanical parts for 2008 Impreza 1.5L

the suspension parts are identical for the 1.6L and 1.5L...alot of the sensors are also the same so Massy would have most of the items you need..or you can check The Motorist etc..

and they use Super quite fine

Re: Driver side window

depends on what is wrong with it....if it's the switch, you can remove the door interior and manually wire the motor to raise the glass until you replace the switch if the motor itself is bad, then you need to remove the entire regulator/ motor and use something to keep the glass up until you can re...
