Re: The Religion Discussion

Many will say to me on that day, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name and in your name drive out demons and in your name perform many miracles?' Then I will tell them plainly, 'I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!' Courtesy, Yeshua the messiah. they have made it a habit...i didnt...

Re: The Religion Discussion

Matthew 24:4-14 And Jesus answered and said to them,“See to it that no one misleads you.  For many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will mislead many.  You will be hearing of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not frightened, for those things must take place, but that is ...

So you are quoting Jesus as saying that "many" christians will preach to ppl that Jesus is the Christ...but they will actually be misleading many!

Thanks for the clarification.

Re: The Religion Discussion

"It could very well be a reference to Jesus Christ, in that he was once the primary exponent of white magic," Goddio, co-founder of the Oxford Center of Maritime Archaeology, said.

That certainly puts the nail on the coffin!?

Re: The Religion Discussion

Interesting but really could put a very good perspective on the group called "christianity". I mean in Trinidad there are so many small churches / non-Catholic denominations and gravitation of people away from Catholicism that we may think that globally there are very few catholics. Howeve...

Re: The Religion Discussion

Understandable. I just find it really funny that, at best, Christians only form a minority of the world's population. They have also only existed for 1/100th of the time humans have walked the Earth (unless you believe in the 6000 year old thing). I just don't see how an all powerful being could be...

Re: I hate my Office Job

The definition of a job is "trading time for money." To get the money you need to do the time. look and work towards a career that is not strictly based on this and you will feel more fulfilled.

They should have the persons who damage the barriers PAY for the repairs. Simple fix, you will see how the will deter ppl from hitting it.
