its not more difficult you just gotta follow the process and go with the flow mind you you still have to file the docs etc, just have the grease ready whenever it is required But whether it’s a specific city engineer or not does it mean it’s possible but they make it more difficult for other people ...

you could also go to an engine/wacker repair shop and ask their opinion of the engine reliability/parts of the ones on the market

Devant Maharaj need to file a freedom of information lawsuit on wasa to publicly declare how they does arrange the stopcock schedules and who does it. The mayo risk is slightly overrated though, all commercial mayo is pasteurized and acidic based(vinegar)
So out of the bottle it is sanitized, it's the temperature conditions and mixing with other ingredients in the dish which encourage bacteria.

Yeah diesel smell changed a bit, it has a harsher smell, old version was slightly sweetish smell

the rice for sure, tossed and mixed during cooking with plenty exposure to the air and any airborne particles a big pot or deep food pan of rice sitting around 100-120f is prime environment for bacteria to proliferate ppl will say "nah it warm" but warm can mean anything only temps higher ...

aside from the regular hygiene issues(washing hands, clean prep etc) fundraisers are often cooked offsite with long delays and many different persons involved. Also when selling, the company has to get the car valued and sold at that price or close so the taxman can collect his vat on it.
The normal transfer fee scheme doesn’t apply to company vehicle sales
