thanks for the heads up..i have intentions of buying one of these but as u said i would have to see abt my voltage before i put this amp in my system...any thing else i should know???

well i wanted trunk space...i have mine at 1.75 cf with 3 inch ports 8'' long..sounds pretty good

for bass i would go with a mono...it more efficient...so a mono doin at least 400-500 at 2 ohms go be good

but can u really compare the two subs...the dd and jl....they are entirly two different subs for different applications....can it be done???

small thing..the pioneer i find is the bess bang for your buck

when i looked over the specks...pioneer said the recommended specs was 1.65 with ports 3'' in diameter and 6 inches in length...si i was wondering if i sould go with the recommended specs...????

the port length is 3 inches diameter by 6 inches in length....... i determined this by using one of those online caluclators to calculate the volume and tuning......yes the did give me specs in the booklet...but its ah bit confusing....they gave three sets of specs...a minimum spec and maximum spec ...

but isnt this ah lil too big......pioneer in the boklet said that the maximum size for the ported enclousure shoule be 2.0 cf.......comments please

its tuned to about 31 hz

hey fellas..i need some help...i have two pioneer 306dvc...they already in a box...the box is about 2.4 cubic feet per chamber.....but i find this box too big.... i getting ah low tumping bass which can only be heard good from inside they car...so i know it have real fellas who does do good boxes in...
