WTK: Opel Astra

I am seeing an independent car dealer offering new 2021 model year Opel Astras at a reasonable price for what the car is equipped with. I have a few questions that I am sure the very knowledgeable among you can answer for me. 1) Where is the dealer sourcing a right hand drive Opel? I thought right h...

If she was actually trying to cross the highway, why didn't she just use either of the pedestrian walkovers which are not too far from the scene of the incident?

Surveyor and land developer tuners. A question.

You need to get a good consultancy company to do the design of the infrastructure for your land development. They can handle getting all the required statutory and regulatory agency approvals. They should also prepare tender documents for contractors to price. If you don’t have construction and cont...

I probably didn’t explain myself properly.

The brackets that are broken are the plastic mounting brackets on the dashboard assembly, not those on the glovebox.

WTK: Glove Box Repair - Plastic Welding

I am having some old car problems. The plastic mounting brackets for my glove box have become brittle and broke. Can anyone recommend a competent place that can plastic weld/fabricate some mounting brackets so that I can reinstall my glove box? The old mounting points for the glove box basically dis...

Does anyone know where I can get one of those special chows for a dog with kidney disease? For example, Hill’s k/d formula or Royal Canin renal support formula.

Thanks.

Amber light is to slow down before stopping as it goes to red soon after amber. . . What? Go read your driving regulations booklet. Amber light means to stop, not slow down. You will get some leeway from the police with running the amber light, because depending on your speed, it may not be safe to...

i feel it depends on the degree- if the light change on u just as u pass and u didnt have time to stop then i dont think u should be penalized- but if like 2-3 seconds pass then u should, and the fine increasing to the max at 10 or more seconds after it changed. similar with DUI based on your level...

One thing you have to remember, torque wrenches need to be recalibrated on a periodic basis, or else you would just be over torquing or under torquing the fasteners.

At work, we recalibrate our torque wrenches on an annual basis.

The Law and Tinted Vehicles

So for those of you who tint the entire front windscreen, how do you deal with the inspection stickers that need to be removed when you get a new inspection done?

Can they remove the old sticker and not damage the tint?

Can anyone recommend a good place to get a car tinted in the east (Tacarigua to Arima) area?

What type of tint is best recommended to keep the heat out and not be too dark to affect nighttime visibility?

Thanks.

So all the old ones on the road is probably a fire sale then.

Those Accents are being sold with a sunroof. If the cars were not equipped with that, then they could be sold for about $10k less when you consider the ridiculous amount that they charge for such accessories.
