Op you using the wrong gauge wire for that application. Change that 2.5 to 4.0. Breaker is fine just change the wire.

Guys where sells the good stuff for example the wall angles and c- channels etc for doing gypsum Ceilings.
I heard there are a lot of inferior quality out there just don't want to make the mistake and buy any substandard stuff.

Noisy tappets are a signature issue on most 4g engines. Usually there is a upgraded tappet which reduces this noise. However try changing the type of oil you're using first. Try a multi grade oil rather than synthetic.

Those compressors are rare to obtain. It's better to build a bracket and use a B15 compressor or any qg series engines compressor since they are more accessible.
