dred i really want a 2 door somethin as well....i saw the kia, it looks good ....the 2.0 with paddles (not type r) is unfortunately 155hp

thanks for the info man, i dont like cvt (the feel and too frequent fluid changes)
i guess my toyota spoils me cause the book says change transmission fluid at 100,000 kms

i would really like the 2.0 model to this civic - esp. for the paddle shifters....

i meant rotate using your spare with your first set of original tyres...doesnt everyone who buys a new car do this??????

and i was talking about the ramrattan potenzas which are made in brazil not your spare.

dude you should involve your spare in tyre rotation (longer overall tyre set life, wont dry out, etc, etc) and when buying bridgestones u should look for made in japan, not made in brazil, i am very sure those potenzas are made in brazil....why japan? because countries like brazil may not have the h...

what really makes a difference is simply adjusting your driving style before you reach your destination, keep the rev's below 3000 , use minimal or no brakes if you could (apart from the engine , brakes are a major heat source, and remember heat is conducted throughout the car).....try to get the te...

i lookin at 14 inch ghost.....i tried the 14 inch proxies tft?, tpt? , didnt like it, too loud, poor in wet, what else mmack have for 14? any newer toyos? i will call them nex week. oh and thanks for the info accord, u should look into the fduct, stalling your rear wing can give you an extra 10km/hr...

i did read it..

however most of the tyres mentioned there are not available in 14 inch

i drive point sando, lewis hamilton style.

1498 cc nze corolla
i run a low fuel load to keep the car competitive, kers and f-duct systems to be implemented lol

economy will be affected by the following:

1. Driving style
2. tyre pressure

driving at high speed with all windows down will also have a negative effect

they buy the 1.5 because the steering is soo much softer, it is more efficient, and it is faster (i know cause i have both 3zz-fe and 1nz-fe)

yea it is electronic power steering, happened already with the eps on my accord, once i disconnected the battery for a few secs it never happened again, never had any eps issues with the corolla as yet....should prob jus be a fuse if it goes permanently....

strange.......i find the turning radius very good....try driving a bigger car like an accord or any van. good review outlaw.....i'm pleased to hear that i have 2 a 1.6 roro(80,000kms) and 1.5 new(23,000kms) and both give me 400kms with $80 super....short trip driving.....i get more kms on the hiway....

i'm with you on that one sean.... one of the reasons i bought the corolla apart from exceptional fuel efficiency was low/easy/cheap maintainance(timing chain,electric steering etc.) so i going further than that and changing that fluid at 100,000kms i will have to cool down the hard/hot driving a bit...

it says I - Inspect every 40,000kms

the sticker on the dip stick says to change at 100,000kms.

yea i've been hearing this noise on a 3zz as well, i wasn't sure if it was engine pinging....because the noise really sounds like that...and as u said only on load...so like when u climbing a hill and step on it, it can be heard...i will have to do some more investigation....i drove the car this mor...
