Hmmnn, ok well I remember having a conversation with a local evo owner who said he boosted to 25lbs and managed to bend his crank ... How did he manage to do this? Just curious for my own info ... he probably bent a rod.. and scored the crank journals.. and thought the crank bent, but thats a forge...

Will the crank take that kind of boost long term without ill effects?? boost has no effect on the crank. Standard motors on Dondonald St. will give you a custom copper clutch if you take them you old one ... 400 something if I remember correctly

I will agree with TeamH2o ... Most people in this country into driving pantymatics so while it'll make the car more desirable to an enthusiast, it'll be harder to sell to your average rice boy.

BTW my mom's local 1.3 auto almrea tops out about 155kph well we have 15s on the 1.3 and hugemungous tires n wes get a 160ish ! takes a damn long while to reach there though That sounds about right ... If you have the silvertop and want boost it's a move viable option because it's a lower compression engi...
