Check the owner’s manual if u have it. I sold the vehicle over a year ago. I am 95% sure it’s the SP111 tranny oil. It’s the same as the mitsu tranny oil. I never had any issues but due to the mileage and heat generated based on our road conditions (traffic) I changed it. They did this for me in KIA...
Hey, The tranny oil can be changed. Did a normal drain and refill at 100,000kms. The oil was anything but red. I think it uses the same Mitsubishi SP 111 tranny oil.
True. Most brands have reached a high level of reliability. It sometimes comes down to personal budget and brand preference. Regardless of brand it will be nice for a company to really lead the way regarding customer service.
Great reviews. Let's not be so quick to fault the Koreans. I have owned a 2013 Sportage and in 3 yrs of ownership I have racked up 120,000kms. North south everyday including trips to galeota. Never had any down time. Only mtce was routine service oil/ filter/brake pads. Everyone has a story based on...
Wow!!! I went in to diamond today to look at this issue. I have an appointment with the ac tech this week. Once of the service girls told me they never had an issue before with the lancer ac andnots one of the best units. I just didn't say anything. Looking fwd to see what the ac tech says.
I mention this at my last service and they said this it's because the interior is black. While this may have an effect my other vehicle interior is also black but handles the heat a lot better.
I have a 2015 1.6 lancer from diamond and I have noticed that ac seems to struggle when the sun is really really hot. The vehicle is tinted and the ac filter was changed. The ac works very good however when the sun is very hot it seems to struggle.
Thanks for the update. I reach one year and reached 27,000kms. No issues thus far. One major improvement from the previous model is the disc pads. I have over 50% left. With the previous model full replacement is needed by 25,000-30000kms.
Anyone know the MVT and import duty on a 2800cc Diesel engine?
I read previous threads but I am seeing the taxes for gasoline sized engines. I was told that's it's a different rate for a privately owned diesel import.
