currently changing my steering rack and hopefully rear tyres also, gonna be there regardless though.
extinguisher issues? i bolted mine through the floor using two small metal plates to strengthen the attachment point. definitely not pretty, but it works.
small scene, i racing on mis-matched foreign used tyres for the longest while...only the last two events (dex and drag and wind) i actually got a matching front pair..
yeah Moses, different lines and braking lines helped a lot but the wet didn't really give me even comparison from the first session. I gonna return to 225 width in front once I find them used, the extra grip is nice. that size seems to be ok in the back once I get good rubber
still on used tyres this year, but decided to really make use of those coilovers penalty points I have and replace them. ended up with a hard rear set for Sunday and rear grip was a scene. changed up tyre spec a bit, 215-40-16in front from 225 and 225-45-16 rear from 225-40. by next event I'll balan...
hopefully they do, i see moti was correctly classed from event 1 (he was in SS, now ESP i think) dubcity, moses (JDMGUY) has pics of the results board at the end of Sunday, not sure if you have him on FB. i'll save it and upload. official results? might have to wait a bit. on an unrelated note, i br...
yup, motes that's why I rather the version with extra squiggles. more fun to drive in mine than just blasting in a line...I could do that on the way to dex if I wanted lol
let's run this version if you guys up for a vote..balances out excitement across the layout compared to the original. it's just as fast as the original and encourages us to try carrying momentum
I figured you were covered, nothing in here would allude to you wanting or parts or pieces lol looking good man, now go wash your hands and take more pics!
think it did 14s and one or two slower times. but 14-16sec brackets were grouped and run in a dial-up type competition. as far as i know (best times): 156 - Samuel Weekes did a 10.1 (Evo I - 4G63) 81 - Visham Sooklal did a 9.7 (datsun ute - SR20) 99 - Ling Waw did a 11.7 (box lancer sr20) 217 - Silv...
really nice progress so far man...love the pace! i know you wanted original as possible, and already have your camber plates etc (for SA struts/coils) but did you consider doing an FC front subframe swap? seeing as its an FC motor you;re going with.. i have bits and bobs laying around from when i wa...
congrats to first timer and 13sec bracket winner "Spanish" Ramdhanie. ImageUploadedByTriniTuner1395716688.655060.jpg SR20 -720 rear end -boost controller, 044, external wastegate, safc2, 8.5x28 M/Ts, 14psi and NP premium -stock everything else also did a personal best of 12.74 ImageUploade...
different species seen there. silk snapper from the yellow in the eyes and black base of the pectoral fins from what I can see, although I find that ventral fin looking like it's off a mutton snap. the darker red one looks like a genuine red snapper, southern or something. body shape, eyes and fin s...
i badly need an lsd, torn between if to waste money on a fused unit for a small timing, or just do without and go aftermarket. those aftermarket diffs are pricey!
