More often than not...the ABS lights tend to come on under hard-braking to let u know that it is working (it's activated and currently preventing wheel-lock)...other-words yuh drivin too fast an chill out.
When u park, do u first pull up the handbrakes and then put it in park?
If not u are putting some strain on de tranny, that's y it won't shift...as far as not cranking...dunno.
When u remove a cat, the underbody of the car is now "exposed" to more heat "rising" from the exhaust pipe where the cat used to be...don't worry, the smell will go away after awhile as the underbody is exposed to the heat.

Wash car first, sand all de ole paint off, wash it again wit jus water, primer it, paint it, wait 3 days fuh it to dry(in a enclosed area under lights), den clear coat it.
Any B series gbox would work......preferably b16 (most practical)....or Integra Type R. I think the wiring would stay the same.
