Re: RE: Re: Speed guns in effect in Trinidad & Tobago

to argue that speed is not the reason for accidents is foolish ,since the introduction of the speed guns there have been a reduction in those catastrophic reports that we've almost grown accustomed to. people were getting into cars and taking them to very high speeds without considering the risks a...

Re: Speed guns in effect from Monday

When people start applying brakes in front of you on the right lane with nothing in front of them cause they don't understand how to control the throttle pedal...That is not safe. Some people want to give the government money and done set that aside. I am observing this new trend where people are de...

Slow down.

You actually feel safer with the type of driving being exhibited now. I for one cannot express the same.... It is worse in my opinion

It's a car...4 wheels, 4 doors and an engine.... That might be the best basic car for the money brand new.
Not sure if it requires premium fuel though.

Re: tyres

A bit late to the conversation. The Michelin SUV tyres are the best SUV tyres in my opinion so far.... The price however is a bit hefty and not worth the money being asked. My brand of choice in the value for money department is maxxis. Similar grip and ride to the Michelin but a much easier price o...

Re: PC Tech/Gaming Info Thread

I am sure that if you explain to anyone that they can either, spend the money now or save it with a very high risk of their equipment/house going up in flames.... They will get the picture. People spend on average about $2000 on core components, why try to power it with $100.

Re: PC Tech/Gaming Info Thread

Why do people build computers with these cheap fire hazard PSUs... If people only know that they are risking their lives and property by saving $300... It just not worth it. Funny thing is most system builders don't even use these things in their personal rigs.

While the validity of that report is questionable... It is known that lidar speed guns can suffer from panning errors when hand held and aimed from the shoulder.... Hence the use of the tripod locally

Race was typical Monaco extreme bore-fest. Last good race there was in 1992. I went and made myself breakfast during the race not worrying whether I would miss any action. WSBK is where exciting racing has been at for the last good few years. Would humbly disagree... If it was dry.... it would have...
