Get another lock assembly and take out the alarm actuator. Or put a switch on to the actuator to lock and unlock the door.

All the 2 doors have this problem.

EG 4 model. Dis is de plan....ah use a solderin iron to "plastic weld" the pieces back together. Then ah cut piece of a paper clip and lay it across the break. Then heat up the paper clip with soldering iron and let it get hot to the point where it will start to sink into the plastic...thus creating a metal reinforcement. It probably won't work but say wha !! worth a try.
Goin to try it out now.....will keep you guys posted

So far so good with the paper clip....the only problem is it's a bit sluggish...meaning that when the alarm is disarmed and the door lock on the drivers side opens, the passenger side doesn't always open at the same time...you have to actually hold the drivers side lock and jiggle it and then the LH door lock opens. It works well when manually locking the doors from the inside though. I'll probably have to adjust the mechanism leading to the actuator....Any suggestions ?
Somebody should come up with a mold and make these thing out of aluminum or something...from the looks of it they would have quite a few sales !!!

Drop ho, have you tried Hondaautomotiveparts.com? I would recommend them highly for any OEM parts you may need. Just got a boxload of stuff for my EF. :)
