es8 civic tranny help

Its a 2003 es8 civic gears not engaging selector lights are on on the speedo, neutral switch good , selector on tranny good, new oil, whennu go from reverse to park grinding sound , please advise, pm or call .477-3354/ 325-4975

Ok got the tranny repaired and installed, now when placed in drive there is an aggressive jerk, ????
